Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Hairpin Leg Company. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
Orders are packed and shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm.
We do not have any collections at weekends and delivery days are Monday to Friday unless you have upgraded at checkout.
If an order is upgraded to a Saturday or Sunday delivery we will deliver on the next available weekend. This means if you order before 2pm on Friday your order will arrive on the weekend of the same week. The same goes if you place your order mid-week.
Please note: If you place your order after 2pm cut-off on Friday and request weekend delivery, then we will hold your order for 1 week until the next available weekend.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All shipping within UK mainland is Free and premium next day. This means if you order before 1pm on a working day, your order will arrive the next working day.
Shipping costs and times to offshore UK or the highlands will vary. Shipping is calculated at checkout for all orders.
Unless otherwise requested, deliveries will be made weekdays between 9am - 6pm. It is not possible to specify a time, however DPD and some other couriers will provide 1 hour time slots on the day of delivery. You can also upgrade to an AM or Saturday delivery at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Hairpin Leg Company ships to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at additional cost. Please contact us for details.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 12 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Hairpin Leg Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order after checkout. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and the packaging and send it to us via email at email@example.com to arrange a replacement.
We ship our products world wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order and your location. Unless otherwise requested, all deliveries will take place on weekdays between 9am - 6pm.
